 NURSING REHABILITATIVE SERVICES:
The Oxford Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center's mission is
to provide healthcare services to meet the changing needs of
older adults. Our focus is to enhance the independence of seniors
with disabilities and declines in level of functioning. The rehabilitation
involves evaluation and treatment programs tailored to meet each
individual's physical, emotional and social needs.
The Oxford
Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center offers a full array of
rehabilitation services including:
- Physical Therapy - Available
7 days a week.
- Occupational
Therapy - Available 7 days a week.
- Speech
Language Pathology
We offer specialized rehabilitation
services which maximize each Resident's independence for a wide
spectrum of rehabilitation needs, including, neurology, orthopedic,
cardiac / pulmonary, surgical, general medicine and progressive
degenerative conditions.
The Oxford
Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center is committed to provide
the following:
- Seven days a week coverage for
therapy treatment
- Short term intensive rehabilitation services based
on the clinical needs of the Resident
- Restorative
nursing and functional maintenance programs
- Home
safety evaluations
- Resident
and family education
