FACILITY OVERVIEW:
The Oxford Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center, located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, is a 120 bed Medicare certified, J.C.A.H.O. accredited healthcare facility dedicated to providing clinical services of the highest quality in a professional and caring environment. The Oxford Rehabilitation & Nursing Center offers Residents a wide array of clinical and comprehensive rehabilitative services.

TREATMENT APPROACH:
Our goal is to help all of our Residents reach their highest level of function and return home or to the most appropriate setting as soon as possible. Specialized clinical approaches are carefully individualized to meet each Resident's unique needs. The clinical components include skilled Nursing care, Medical Services, Social Services and Rehab therapies such as Speech, Physical and Occupational services. In addition, the Residents' well being is encompassed in a varied Activity program.

TEAM APPROACH:
Experienced and committed professionals, who work as an interdisciplinary team that provide the highest quality of services to our Residents, staff The Oxford Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. This team is made up of Physicians, Nurses, Rehab specialist, Dietary, Recreation and Social Services personnel.
