TREATMENT APPROACH:
Our goal is to help all of our Residents reach their highest level of function and return home or to the most appropriate setting as soon as possible. Specialized clinical approaches are carefully individualized to meet each Resident's unique needs. The clinical components include skilled Nursing care, Medical Services, Social Services and Rehab therapies such as Speech, Respiratory, Physical and Occupational services. In addition, the Residents' well being is encompassed in a varied Activity program. |
